Do you provide maintenance?
Our expert crews provide recurring visits every two weeks. You get our discounted hourly rate and free weed control, invasive plant control, aeration, dethatching, fertilizing, over-seeding, hauling and dumping. Our recurring clients see their properties improve with each visit. There's no commitment, and visits can be cancelled or postponed at any time.

How far booked out are you?
Your free quote will be provided in 1-2 days, once the quote is approved we are scheduling clients 2-4 weeks out.

We serve Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, the Sea-to-Sky, the Sunshine Coast, and the Gulf Islands.

Do you service acreages, strata’s, and commercial properties?
Ascent has your property covered with our multiple fleets of equipment, talented teams, and industry leading work practices. We provide transformative results, reliable maintenance, project work, and on-demand service to large properties.
Do you provide other services like power washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting?
We offer additional services to recurring clients only.
How many people are on the crew?
Crew size is dependent on the requirements for your specific project.
Is herbicide safe?
Our herbicide does not affect wildlife, has no soil activity, produces no run off, and will not kill other plants. Ascent Yard Care is a certified herbicide applicator recognized by the Province of British Columbia, and we specialize in eradicating weeds and invasive plants.
Do you haul away the debris?
We haul away the cuttings and debris using our wood chipper or trailer depending on the project. We can also haul away piles garden waste on your property.
Do you require a down payment?
We do not require a down payment on most projects.
What time of year should the work be done?

Can tree pruning and garden work be done during the winter?
Winter is the best time for reduction pruning as trees are dormant. Trees pruned in the winter can be cut back harder without harming the tree. In winter trees do not bleed sap and they heal their cuts faster. Deciduous trees have dropped there leaves, making navigating the canopy easier. Garden transformations done in the winter benefit from more space in the garden, without annuals, bulbs and tender growth to work around.
